Monitor and report progress against plans. - Analyse business &amp; customer needs to identify issues, trends, and growth opportunities - Interface between the various functions of the wholesale bank and teams across the bank to ensure strong support for key initiatives, and provide feedback to the stakeholders - An Individual Contributor role Requirements : - 4-6 years of experience in banking/financial services, CA / MBA from a reputed institute - Preferred proficiency in business planning, financial analysis &amp; stakeholder management. - Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence &amp; negotiate, strong verbal and written communications skills
