Job Profile

Preferred Profile :Generating MIS reports and transforming raw data of sales, marketing, logistic and finance function into meaningful and useful information and analyzing the data to enable more effective strategic, tactical, and operational insights and decision-making.

Candidate will be responsible for senior level assignments in Business Finance, MIS & Costing role.

Experience:

- Overall experience in Financial Operation, Costing, Management Reporting, Business Analysis & Budgeting

- Demonstrated business acumen in leading & managing finance operations and contributing higher rate of organizational growth

- Proficient in analyzing changes in product design, raw materials or manufacturing methods provided to determine effects on costs

- Hands on experience in applying the principles of cost accounting for conducting studies which provide detailed cost information

- Proven ability in improving operations, enhancing business growth & maximizing profits through the achievements in finance management, internal controls & productivity improvements

Core Competencies

- Formulating and updating performance reports reflecting the financial status of the regions / segments

- Planning annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions

- Participating in corporate planning, including long-term forecasts, feasibility studies, the allocation of resources and financial planning for new projects

- Managing finance functions, determining financial objectives, designing & implementing policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial and process controls

- Ensuring the preparation of MIS reports as well as undertaking analysis to assist top management

Candidate Requirements:

- Preparing monthly flash for financial reporting, initiating overall business analysis & compilation of detailed MIS at organization level for group reporting.

- Monitoring month end activity at manufacturing units & performed comprehensive variance analysis in terms of material cost, overheads & fixed cost.

- Generating MIS reports and communicating the same to the management

- Preparing PPT presentations for top management in terms of business performance & financial results

- Carrying out annual budgeting and monthly / quarterly forecast activities

- Evaluating of projects based on cost-benefit analysis to arrive at its financial & commercial feasibility

- Determine inventory valuation & ageing for pan India locations, sharing report for slow-moving, non-moving & obsolete inventory to management with reasons & follow-up for action plan

- Oversee Export activities & preparing Export MIS (P&L, debtors & benefits)

- Providing periodic reports to external agencies such as RBI OBICUS, ICRA, investors, etc

- Supporting statutory audit and ensuring compliance to internal audit requirements

- Reporting Cost of production, Stock valuation & landed cost of RM & PM and Variances

- Analyzing purchase, production, consumption of RM, PM & SFG. (Product Costing, Batch costing)

- Variance analysis on Standard vs Actual cost of Production.

- Cost estimation and Price master for new product launches.

- Product, Channel, Customer, Route and Other Profitability workings

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and profit planning

- Comparison of budget and actual cost incurred by various departments.

- Analyzing Brand wise performance to identify profitable Brands & SKU.

- Calculating Contribution margins & Commercial margins SKU wise.

- Highlighting industry and market trends in Business performance reports.

- Reporting sales, investments, and profitability for Modern trade by Key Account Group on a monthly basis.

- Prepare price sensitivity analysis and other analysis for pricing decisions.

- Prepare sales and profitability performance reports for key Trade Marketing activities.

- Prepare and update reporting templates to present the data in the format needed by the department.

- Creating reports in a way that above reports can be driven by system automatically
