Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development Support/Analysis/Strategic Projects - Financial Services Firm

Position: Manager/ Sr Manager - Business Development Support/ Analysis/ Strategic Projects (Leading Financial Services Firm)

Role:

- This role will work closely with the Head of Business Development & Sales and the various team heads, reporting directly to the Head-Business Development & Sales

- Preparing Monthly Plans: Develop Annual, Biannually and Monthly plans with senior Management to deliver business objectives

- Working on Strategic Projects: Identify process gaps, Suggest and Implement projects to improve current processes

- Presentations for Management: Help in preparation for PPTs

- Revenue Management: Ensure timely and correct billing, Identify revenue leakages and correct the same. Debtors Control

- Market Intelligence: Generate market insights through databases, Websites and Current News

- MIS and Reporting : Prepare MIS and other information reporting primarily related to Business Development/ Sales function

- Inter-department Coordination and Meeting planning for Senior Management

Requirements:

- MBA with 4-6 yrs of relevant experience in Business Development/ Business Development planning and support in Banks/ Financial Services Companies etc.

- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate at senior management level and regional leaders level

- Understanding of debt capital markets as well as a general understanding of corporate credit analysis will be an added plus
