Job Description :
- Responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in PAN India market through cold calling.
- Responsible for Interacting or meeting with CXO, CHROs, Head-TA of the prospect clients in PAN India and should be able to convert them into customers.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with the new and existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with the recruitment team on timely delivery of the requirements.
- Must have experience of acquiring IT Clients in recruitment Industry.
