Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - Real Estate Developer (5-8 yrs)
We have an opportunity with a leading Real Estate Developer
Designation: Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Post Graduation
Experience: Min 5 years
- Doing a prelim financial analysis for such deals.
- Doing in-depth market analysis of viable deals and running financials.
- Sourcing of land deals in line with the company's stated focus cities/areas.
- Coordination with departments for deal closures.
- Housing projects and Tracking of deals.
- Site visits for land parcels which have potential.
- Data Analysis and data mining.
- Preparation of notes for senior leadership for deal approval.
- Product brief post-closure based on micromarket /customer research.
- Overall should be working on end to end deal closures.
Functional Skills -
- Customer research for product development
- Competition mapping through secondary and primary research
- Financial models for real estate deals
- Micromarket assessment for price and velocity
- Ability to keep updated with regulatory changes and challenges
- Negotiation skills
