Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - Insurance Business - Auto Loan - NBFC (5-7 yrs)
An opening with one of the NBFC client for the position of Business Development - Insurance
Candidates only from Auto Loan experience preferred for the role

To identify the business opportunities, improve the organization's market position and achieve financial growth in insurance business.
1. To identify, strategize, plan and manage the insurance business for the organization in lined with the organization's objectives.
2. To plan, implement and manage the product mix pertaining to the insurance business.
3. To manage complete business cycle from licensing, liasion with authorities and execution of the insurance business.
4. To negotiate and transact with different insurance providers to meet the business needs.
5. End to end vendor management pertaining to the insurance business
6. To build and maintain commercially productive relationships with both new and old clients.
7. To maintain extensive knowledge of current market condition and competitions by mean of research and surveys.
8. To suggest changes and take initiatives for continuous process improvement.
9. To bring awareness on the insurance business and products to both internal and external customers.
10. Training and mentoring of the team.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
1. MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 Institute
2. 5-7 years of relevant experience
