Business Development job opportunity in Mumbai & Chennai for dynamic and result-driven Sales professional having an experience of 2-6 years with expertise in B2B Sales and Business Development to the Private & PSU Banks, NBFCs and Cooperative Societies. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and help the business in customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

- Research prospective accounts (Banks- Private & PSU, NBFCs, HFCs, Digital Lenders, Small Finance Banks, Cooperative Societies and Urban Cooperative Banks) in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement

- Identifying new prospects within the area you have been assigned.

- Designing client acquisition pitches, responding to the RFP documents, compensation design and legal agreements etc.

- Designing and implementing highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

- Providing daily report of field sales success and maintaining database of clients and qualifying prospects as hot, warm and cold.

- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 2+ years- of Business development experience in the insurance sector.

- Experience of catering to the various BFSI, NBFC clients.

- Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills.

- Superior technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements

- Good industry knowledge; target oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.
