Role Purpose

The role serves the purpose of developing the business from the HoReCa channel

- Identifying potential clientele & partnering with R&D, Sales Teams to deliver on business needs

- Progressively building the business with channel partners by leveraging our portfolio of brands

Areas Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Key Deliverables

- % Achievement on BD Target - Top Line, Bottom Line

- % Achievement on Channel Development (Clientele, Spread)

- NPD Pipeline Projects - Milestone Completion

- Marketing Execution related KPI (SLA Ahderance, Effectiveness of Spend)

Key Activities

- Ideate & contribute in drawing the roadmap for the Channel& Brand in the short term (1-2 Years)

- Identify opportunities basis roadmap

- Build Business case for identified opportunities for alignment with key stakeholders

- Lead new product development/customization work for HoReCa segment in coordination with R&D team

- Branding & communication development for new products - Co-ordinate with Market research agencies, Ad agencies and internal functions on execution of project plan

- Drive on ground execution with HoReCa Sales Team& track success parameters

- AidCategory Head in the preparation of the Annual budget

- Lead & contribute to streamlining & improving internal processes, routines basis industry Best Practices, in this area
