Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager - Business Development
Job Responsibility:-
The incumbent would be a part of its Training Division. Training Division has training offerings for organizations and individuals. Broadly the responsibilities would include:
- Revenue generation through sales of training solutions.
- Key account management of large corporate accounts
- Hunting and farming key accounts in assigned region.
- Taking a consultative approach of identifying client requirements & providing suitable solutions
Qualification: Preferably an MBA with 4-7 years of experience in selling solutions & training.
Skills Required:
- B. Tech/MBA from a premier business school with minimum 4-7 years of experience in selling solutions, training and consulting to IT, ITES, BFSI & Telecom industry.
- Must have experience in selling training programs, certifications or assessments in India
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Strong understanding of training needs
