Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - Audit & Advisory Firm

Position: Manager/ Sr Manager-Business Development (Leading Global Audit and Advisory Firm)

Role:

- Front end Business Development and Pursuit management

- Build and nurture client CXO relationships

- Follow efficient sales and pursuit management processes

- Bring the strength of the Company's many services to the client

- Identify possible opportunities across Industries/ functional areas and actively pursue such opportunities

- Actively maintain market intelligence

- Enable better penetration of service lines across opportunity areas

Requirements:

- CA/ MBA

- 5-9 yrs of experience in Business Development/ Consultative/ Solution Selling in the Big 4/ leading Global Audit and Advisory Companies/ Deal Advisory Companies

- Good analytical skills

- Good relationship management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good at gathering market intelligence
