- Support the implementation of business-wide Business Management program using best practices and frameworks such as BCI Good Practice Guidelines, ISO 22301, COSO and ISO 31000/Enterprise Risk Management.

- Plan, document and collate the Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment (RA) and assist in creation and closure of disruptive Risk Treatment Plans (RTP).

- Maintaining the internal calendars and triggering regular updates of documentation related to Business Continuity Management framework such as Policies, Processes, Procedures & Guidelines for critical client missions. Maintain versions and revisions to ensure that controlled versions of documents are available across sites.

- Collate and maintain evidence and records related to Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) as required by various Certification Systems and Client/Internal requirements.

- Assist in creation and updation of documents such as disruptive risk treatment methodology, risk treatment plans/registers, recovery strategies and recovery plans in the form of Emergency Response, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans, and other relevant functional/client mission specific plans as needed.

- Assist in creating tools and templates that aid in digitization of BCMS.

- Maintain a training and awareness calendar for BCMS. Assist in fine tuning of materials, eLearning, posters, and other job aids.

- Assist in creation of the annual BCMS audits, testing and exercising calendar. Document and log audit, exercise & test results.

- Help in closing business continuity risks through a planned calendar and seek regular updates from stakeholders to maintain BCM based risk registers.

- Assist in Tabletop Exercises, Live Tests, Walkthroughs and Simulations to test the Emergency Response & Crisis Management Plans.

- Monitor Internal and Third-Party Risk & Business Continuity compliances against Security Requirements and Internal Controls.

- Regularly update Risk Metrics to understand the effectiveness of risk management.

- Assist the business, sales, operations and CRM teams in documentation and creation of artifacts for client bids and proposals.
