Manager/Senior Manager - Business Analytics - Revenue Cycle Management - Healthcare

Skills Required :

- 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare

- Ability to work on Outcome based metrics

- Ability to perform analytics on RCM data and capability to do problem solving

- Ability to plan and strategize to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals

- Works independently, demonstrates initiative and innovative thinking, clear and concise communication skills

- Team handling experience is Must

- Exposure of MS Office , SQL, Power BI, Smart Sheet, VBA Script and Other Analytical Tools

- Flexible for 24x7 shift

- RCM knowledge is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Analyze data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions

- Understand, Analyze and predict intelligence from data

- Analyzing SLA parameters with team performance and planning continuous improvement in performance and process optimization

- Guide team with various intelligence to help reduce Outstanding and optimize Collections

- Ability to introduce innovative ideas of process improvement

- Responsible to maintain and track intelligent reports and share with customers (for e.g. provider collection vs adjustment report, Billed vs collectible reports, Under/Over Payment analysis, Denials analysis etc.)

- Identify opportunities of automating reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros and other techniques

- Evaluate current processes and procedures and identify gaps along with solution
