Position - Manager / Sr. Manager - Brand & Research Location - Mumbai (Worli) Experience - 6 to 8 Years of Experience post MBA from premier Institute CTC - 26L CTC Job Purpose: - Creating and rolling out of the annual brand plan for company's Masterbrand, externally to consumers and internally within the organisation. - Conduct periodic consumer research at a corporate/master brand level to identify insights that feed into the NPD process - This role will entail Majorly (60%) Brand and (40%) Research - Research part would majorly include doing many surveys, studies like - Customer Satisfaction Study, Customer Promoter score, Brand Health study, Micro-Market study. The person needs to have good analytical skills. Principal Accountabilities : Strategic : - Consumer driven approach to bring the brand promise alive and making it relevant and salient - offline and online - Creative expression and activation guidelines across all touch points - Planning and executing research needs with right methodologies Operational : - Developing Masterbrand campaigns for external communication - Designing all internal brand communication - Ideate and pilot rituals or engagements with consumers and partners which deliver the Moment of truth (MOT) for the brand across various touch points - Content creation for and execution of the training / workshops across the teams to instill understanding of the brand promise - Responsible for conducting research activities with relevant agency partners - Execution of brand-led design thinking and customer journey planning
