Job locations :
- 1 for South & West - Based out of Bangalore
- 1 for North & East - Based out of Delhi
Education: MBA (Marketing) - must, from A/B category of Business Schools
Prior Experience :
- 8-9 years in Marketing, Brand activation, BTL/ATL campaign, Events, Exhibitions, Market Research & Analysis and should have worked in the above-mentioned geographies prior
- Must have handled team of more than 5-6 highly active and intense people for past 3-4 years
- Good Job Stability; Must not have changed more than 3 companies (should be in current assignment for atleast 2 years)
Preferred Industry: FMCG, Telecom, Tiles, Mobile Phone/Handset, Electronics and Electricals, consumer durable,
Travel: Willing to travel for 12-14 days a month
- Good communication and Comprehensive skills
- Accountable for all brand related performance metrics.
- Conducting brand activation, ATL/BTL, OOH, & Finding different ways to increase brand recall
- Conceptualization and development of new Event ideas, promotional activities that can create a buzz in the market for organisation LoB
- Perfect execution of branding and marketing activities designed by HO
- Plan and extend full support of branding, events, exhibitions for all LoB at the local level
- Creating Quarterly operating plans for each state-LoB wise along with Sales Team
- Strategize and ensure successful product launches, brand campaigns, participate in relevant exhibitions
- Creating monthly marketing plans basis feedback from sales teams and aligning to organistation's marketing vision and ensuring implementation of the same
- Assessment of Media-mix depending on the objective of the campaigns
- Manage and execute 360-degree campaigns - from conceptualization to implementation to post campaign analysis
- Ensure execution of well-conceived, effective advertising, ATL and BTL promotional schemes and publicity materials on-time and within budget parameters.
- To develop and manage marketing budgets, and oversee the timely execution of all Branding activity in the assigned territories
- Vendor appointment and vendor management - Keep good relationships with the vendors and suppliers; negotiate and handle contract throughout the year - ensure greater value for money
- Experience of handling the Media/material suppliers required for various activities
- Execute quality branding jobs at all given point of time
- Tracking all competitive campaigns and reporting the same.
- Making weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports, Budget reports on brand promotions activities in line with the processes articulated
