- Candidates having experience in hardcore outbound sales from Motor/Health Insurance and Financial Products /Investments background preferred. B2C Sales - The individual should have hard-core outbound Telesales experience. - Should be very strong in driving all operational and sales matrix. - Should have managed a span of minimum 150 plus employees. - Should be working in a similar position for at least last 1 year. - Will be managing end-to end delivery on the assigned portfolio. - Work closely with Service Excellence, Quality, L&D teams to improve Process and delivery TAT. - People Management - Employee Engagement, Attrition Management, Retention. - Experience of working in a target driven environment added advantage. - Should be high on energy and ability to manage senior stakeholders. - Eye for details and data.
