We are looking out for a Manager/Sr Manager role in BI and Analytics with a Leading OTT Brand Location : Mumbai [Remote Work as of now] Responsibilities : The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams like subscriber Marketing, content, and product teams to identify &amp; solve key business problems. Key responsibilities for this position are listed below : - Revenue &amp; engagement analytics for a video content app - Conducting user experience testing to assess the usability of the product - Consulting and work closely with Marketing and Content teams to track, monitor, and report performance against KPIs and relevant marketing metrics - Create an analytical roadmap for projects and make recommendations to senior management on how to improve performance and maximize KPIs - Ownership of tracking key projects, processes, and ad hoc reporting of key performance indicators - Monitor and provide analytical guidance across the team for implementing and tracking process improvements and changes - Create custom reports and dashboard on user behavior, channel performance, marketing spends ROI, and product performance The Person : - 4+ years in Data Analytics and reporting preferably in the OTT industry - Experience with web analytics tools, like GA, Omniture, Mixpanel, Localytics, Appsflyer, Clevertap - Expertise in SQL and other database management tools - Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and stories in Tableau or similar platforms - Understanding of BO and other reporting tools - Understanding Python and R will be added advantage
