Manager/Senior Manager - Banking Analytics - IT Firm

Position: Manager/ Sr Manager-Banking Analytics

Role:

- Liaison with clients to understand business problems, processes and implementation challenges

- Leverage data to analyze the business unit function, identify the business drivers and recommend strategy and future course of actions

- Manage end to end delivery including requirement gathering, solution design and business recommendation. Work closely with statisticians to develop solution framework - Identify statistical techniques, implementation mechanism, tracking campaigns and pilots

- Conceptualize modeling framework, define data requirement, create predictive variables and co-ordinate model implementation with other business partners, and create experimental designs to understand drivers of business performance

- Play a key role in shaping the Digital and Mobile analytics strategy for the Company to identify future growth opportunities

- Develop analytics proof of concepts on emerging trends in banking areas

- Demonstrate leadership by successfully managing multiple client & team engagements and effectively manage conflicts and priorities

Requirements:

- BE+MBA (Preferred) with 10-14 yrs of experience

- Should have domain expertise in the banking domain to shape the solution framework and developing business strategies to drive incremental value to the business

- Should have expertise in advanced statistical techniques to validate the model outcomes generated by the statisticians and align it with the business needs and implementation plan
