Manager/ Sr Manager/ AVP- Transfer Agency Operations (Investment Banking)

Managing Transfer Agency operations of various Fund companies - Account Openings, Purchases / Subscriptions, Redemptions, Exchanges, SWP, Transfers, Dividends, Rollover, Fund merger & Brokerage fees

- Manage and lead an account (business) of 200+ team members

- Managers reporting directly

- Service review meetings with stake holders

- Effective management of Escalations

- Responsible for handling performance for Multi-product teams

- Team supervision and performance management.

- Conduct monthly skip meeting with teams to understand process and team pulse

- Driving Process Improvement through innovation, and involvement of all.

- Liaise with different support team Transformation, Transition and HR team for the smooth functioning of the processes

- Effectively drive organization values and policy

- Structure feedback mechanism to Managers & TLs

- Process improvement initiatives - Coordinated between team and PEX team in automating few reports to reduce the time consumption

- BCP SPOC - Responsible for all BCP activities i.e., Periodic review of documents, call tree testing, Table top activity & Control audits

- Manage all types of Audits (ISO, CMMI, internal & External) scheduled by Clients

Shifts- 5:30pm to 2:30pm
