Manager/Senior Manager/AVP - Telesales Operations - FinTech (5-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with Senior Management to establish overarching program and targets

- Develop a new telesales program which drives engagement and revenue growth

- Refine and execute on selling scripts, nurture paths, training programs, and tools

- Define metrics and reporting structure

- Define performance targets and compensation plan(s)

- Build and retain a successful telesales team

- Amass and maintain accurate, detailed, and relevant client contact data

- Coordinate launches of new corporate client campaigns with the national Corporate Manager as well as field Sales Management

Skills and Competencies:

- Proven track record of overachieving targets

- Must be passionate about technology both from using it in attaining program goals, and in selling it as part of the Company's value proposition to its clients

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Strong decision-making capabilities with proactive approach to problem solving

Experience:

- 5+ years of telesales management experience

- Managing telesales activities/teams, including CRM systems and sales campaign management

- Building a telesales department from a small or non-existent base to a substantial presence

- Leading and motivating a high performance telesales team

Prior Knowledge:

- Experience selling in Banking industry

- Experience in leading telesales team for Personal Loans / Unsecured Loans OR Credit Cards sales OR collections
