SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY
Overall responsibility for mandate execution, knowledge initiatives and business generation including banking facilitation.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Core Responsibilities -
The person will be responsible for business generation, mandate execution, knowledge initiatives and banking facilitation.
Business Generation: Identification of opportunities for reaching out to clients. Preparing strategic/project advisory proposals, pitches, bids, engagement letters, concept notes, presentations etc. and leading the delivering the same to clients. Continuous reach out and staying connected with clients in the food and agribusiness space.
Banking Facilitation: Continuous engagement with internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders in the interest of engaging and keeping client interest. Assisting banking business teams in generating assets and liabilities on the back of advisory and knowledge engagements.
Mandate Execution: With reference to strategic, policy and project advisory mandates generated, the role will involve data and information gathering, analysis of the same and preparing quality notes, reports and presentations as required. Handling client interactions with regular follow ups and resolution of specific queries. Reaching out to relevant stakeholders within the organization and outside to effectively complete assignments. Ability to meet timelines on a consistent basis and travel on requirement.
Knowledge Initiatives: Identifying and implementing knowledge related initiatives in the food and agribusiness space, in collaboration with other team members. Data and information gathering, analysis of the same and preparing quality notes, reports and presentations as may be required. Collaborating with partnering organizations' personnel, to effectively deliver the outcomes as required. Good written communication skills required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Post-Graduation in Agribusiness Management/or general Management (preferably from IIMs, MANAGE, NIAM, IRMA)
- OR General Management (any reputed institute) with Bachelors in Agri related courses.

Consulting/Agribusiness industry
