- Structured finance business/ lending to Corporates (Mid Size and Large Size)
Key Job Areas
- Data Crunching to support the origination team in generation of business
- Issuance of a term sheet to corporates basis brief provided by the Senior Relationship Manager
- Create a teaser from business perspective to form an in-principle view
- Execution of documents vide co-ordination with various departments Credit, Legal, Operations
- Ensuring disbursement of funds to the clients in a timely manner
- Co-ordination with the client to ensure all payments are received on the due date
- Maintenance of Accounts and MIS Preparation for business team
Must Haves: -
- Team Player - Should be willing to go the extra mile to be a team player
- Prior experience of structured lending/ Lending to corporates (Including client interactions)
- Strong Communication skills (Both Oral and Written)
- Understanding and evaluation of Financials of Corporates
