Legal Business Consulting role - General Insurance 

Role: Manager / Senior Manager / AVP

Reporting: VP

Location: Mumbai

Functional Role:

- Work on- Private- Equity- / Mergers & Acquisitions transactions.

- Work on transactional risk insurance.

- Conduct Legal Due Diligence.

- Analyse the representations and warranties contained in the draft Sales and Purchase Agreement from an insurance perspective and to determine potential solution structures.

- Additionally, negotiate the terms of the Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) policy on behalf of the clients.

Candidate Profile:

Academic Background: LLB or equivalent

Work Experience: 4+ years of industry experience post qualification. Preferably candidates from- law- firms.

Exposure:- Private- Equity- / Mergers & Acquisition Transactions.
