Job description :
1. Conducting Internal audits of Housing Finance of large ticket size loans on an ongoing basis
2. Review of the appraisal process, sanction, disbursement and mortgage creation process
3. Drafting and finalization of audit reports
4. Classification of audit issues into Risk based on issue assessment framework
5. Timely release and closure of audit reports
6. Involves travelling across India at various Branches and Housing Finance centers
7. Review of the Housing Finance portfolio based on off-site analysis
8. Review of quick mortality cases
9. Release of audit report on a quarterly basis
10. Process review
11. Conducting of snap audits where required
Educational qualification : CA/MBA
Skill sets : 5- 10 years in audit of Housing Finance NBFC/Banks
1. Product Knowledge in Housing loan, LAP, construction finance
2. Good analytical , presentation and drafting skills
3. Knowledge on Risk Based audit
4. Knowledge on RBI Circulars like PSL, NPA and Master circular on Housing Finance
