Hindsighting - (Retail Loans -1 position) & (Business Banking - 1 position)

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities :

- Discussion of observations with Seniors - National Credit Head and Chief Credit Officer

- Preparation of Final Report and roll out to all the stakeholders

- Presentation of key observations to Senior Management on a periodic basis

Core Responsibilities :

- Review of Policy Parameters, Documentation check, Analysis of observations for necessary correction in the credit appraisal process

- Building Sampling Logic to extract samples for Hind sighting

- Preparing Data Quality Report which highlights the quality of critical data points captured in system basis the physical files

- Preparation of Score Cards for Credit Managers based on observations captured from sampled files

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities :

- Active participation in process re-engineering related to product handled in Hind sighting

- Collaborate with Risk, Operation& Policy team for any change in the process/policy.

- Self-driven, goal oriented & dynamic in nature.

Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities :

- Identify the gaps in the process & highlights to the Senior Management

- Suggestion for changes in Policy

SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONS :

Key Internal Interactions Purpose of Interaction :

Retail Credit Risk Team - For day to day sampling & identification/resolution of the PAR queries

Retail Policy Team - Any change/to understand the policy & process related to the job.

SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE :

Minimum Qualifications - Graduation

Professional Certifications - Preferred - Chartered Accountant / Post Graduate in Business Management

Language Skills - Local Language, English, Hindi

EXPERIENCE

Years of Experience - Total experience of 4 to 8 years of relevant experience preferably from banks.

Nature of Experience :

- Detailed domain and process acumen on retail assets products.

- Well versed with geography and markets.

- Networking with peers in competition.

- Should exhibit a flair for investigation and fraud containment process management.

- Strong communication and coordination skills with knowledge of LOS and MS office
