Manager/Senior Manager/AVP - Finance Digital Transformation - IT Services (5-15 yrs)
We are hiring for F&A - Digital Transformation expert for a leading MNC into IT Services.
- Global Transformation Champion for F&A processes, leveraging re-engineering, system interventions, benchmarking, analytics, among others-
- The candidate will be working with a range of clients and wider business practices to engineer/re-engineer, design and strategy to help our clients as they embark on the journey to transform their finance organizations.
The candidate should bring right expertise to manage various projects and role is involved but not limited to
a. Actively originate and shape digital opportunities for existing and new client base
b. Be able to articulately and passionately present digital concepts to senior stakeholders (internal and external)
c. Develop the business case for digital opportunities
d. Develop Cost structures and benefit models as suits to client needs
e. Support and track the delivery of digital work for aligned clients
f. Sound exposure in Management Consulting for F&A processes
g. Excellent project manager that can plan 2-3 steps ahead of the team and surface hidden risks 2-3 levels deep within the team
h. Interaction with clients on transformation/re-engineering initiatives throughout the project life-cycle, from identification, implementation, to sign off on Value Delivery
i. Work with business leaders to identify and execute transformation opportunities
j. Drive cross functional teams to deliver transformation projects
k. Maintain awareness of new and emerging solutions and the potential application on operations
Candidate Skills:
a. An ability to work with clients in a consultative way, helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies
b Strong understanding of business transformation, digital and change delivery
c. Strong ability to work with both business and Technology stakeholders
d Exposure in performing Internal and External Industry Benchmarking.
Act as domain SME to design solutions for prospects and demonstrate knowledge across all Towers (P2P / O2C / R2R)
Candidate Profile
1. 5+ years of experience in F&A services out of which at least 7+ years should be in the BPM/FAO/Finance Transformation/ Consulting / Big 4 environment
2. Excellent education pedigree - CA/CPA/MBA/CFA/ICWA preferred
3. Understanding or knowledge of Digital levers (RPA, Analytics, ML and AI) would be an added advantage
4. PMP / Prince2 certification would be an added advantage
5. Certified Lean Six Sigma would be preferred.
