This requirement is for one of mid-sized IT Testing organization with an HC of 1200+ employees based in Chennai. Position reports to the Head of HR Since the role is new, the designation will be decided based on the experience levels (Manager / Senior Manager / AVP) Looking for candidates from IT background, who have handled Domestic and International C&amp;B for midsized organizations. Role: - Lead the development, design, and implementation of international compensation programs including total rewards strategy and overall competitive pay analysis - Lead the implementation and management of compensation analysis, program design, legal compliance, and other compensation issues - Drive the creation of monthly, quarterly, annual and long-term compensation incentive plan design and pay-for-performance management - Create process and procedures that can be uniformly applied to the company - Manage Mobility related compensation &amp; Benefits for the division across locations. - Responsible for publishing compensation, benefits &amp; perdiem details for all location (existing &amp; new locations ensuring compliance with mobility legal requirement). - Manage End to end global compensation review exercise (4 Countries) which includes, publishing salary ranges, Budgeting and compensation/pay review administration and implementation. - Design &amp; implementation of Global Variable Pay Policy - Manage rewards benchmarking and repository. - Manage Compensation Analytics - Manage benefits - Manage progression / Performance review process and ensuring normalization exercise is completed on time. - Responsible for internal communication regarding key changes in Benefits. - Job Evaluation Desired Competencies - MBA/Equivalent degree in Business Administration. - Advanced experience in global compensation overseeing the design of annual compensation and incentive programs - Results oriented and flexible with excellent project management skills, yielding the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding and fast-paced environment - Ability to proactively recognize, plan and act on the need for innovation and improvement in the processes
