Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Finance & Accounts - BFS - CA (7-8 yrs)

Requirements:
- CA with at least 7-8 years of experience
- Motivated and hard working
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, consistent and able to deliver in tough timelines
Responsibilities:
- Handling of Treasury Activities, Management fees & Other Revenue billing, Investment Reco, CME Reporting, Group Level Reporting like NSFR, LCR etc., Accounts Payable, Oracle Fixed Assets, Oracle General Ledger Closure
- Handling GST Compliances, IFC Audit, Income Tax Returns, Transfer Pricing Audit, Direct Tax & Indirect Tax Assessment.
Full responsibility of the following :
- MIS
- Tax /TDS/Other Statutory payments
- Treasury / Investments
- Liaising with Estate Planning Team on various matters
- Liaising with Consol Team for their compliances
- Oracle Entries and Closure (including involvement in Oracle Cloud migration)
- Financials IND AS and Indian GAAP
- GST compliances
- Audits - Internal / Stat / Tax / IFC
- Annual Budgets
- Cash flow planning
