Manager/Senior Manager - Asset Valuation & Management - Investment Banking - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-5 yrs)
This role is with a Multi billion dollar international group having very large presence in India & expanding.
The incumbent shall:
- Be a part of the regular review & monitoring of portfolio along with CEO
- Lead quarterly valuation of the portfolio
- Lead creation, updating, maintenance of financial models of the portfolio
- Lead preparation of quarterly performance review presentations for Indian and Global leadership
- Lead preparation of annual business plans for the portfolio setting targets for all teams
- Assess and evaluate the risks in portfolios, flag the same & propose mitigation strategies
- Manage 3rd Party property consultants
- Be a part of investor reporting
Skills & Exp. Required:
MBA from TOP 10 B School or Rank holder CA
- 3+ yrs of experience in Investment banking, corporate finance, Private equity or related
- Must have very good Financial modeling skills
Prefer having exp. or knowledge of Real estate
