Manager/Senior Manager - Arbitration & Compliance - BFSI (6-11 yrs)
1. Implementation of IGRP orders
2. To prepare MIS and draw conclusions from the data
3. Ensure that the reports in investor complaints are uploaded on website on weekly, monthly basis
4. To send replies for the queries received from SEBI relating to ISC
5. To monitor the processing of all complaints conducted by ROs and ensure that all the processes are completed within defined timelines.
6. Ensuring compliance of ISC activities as per the defined service standards.
7. To prepare and place the agenda for Investor Services Committee meetings on periodic basis
8. To oversee development of ISC database as required and to improve the efficiency of the processes of ISC
9. To oversee the development of database in line with the change in the procedure as per SEBI circulars issued
10. Appointment & review of IGRP members
11. Monthly newsletter to IGRP members
