Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics - Startup (6-9 yrs)
About Our Client :
Our Client is a 6yr old startup using ML & AI to solve Analytics Problem of the World. Our client has also been recognized as top 10 startups on ML for 2018. Its also a pleasure to share, Gartner has recommended them as preferred Machine Learning vendor.
Responsibilities :
- Manage & Execute Analytics projects which could include:
i. Sales Analytics - sales force effectiveness, product recommendation engines, sales forecasting, compensation modeling etc
ii. Marketing Analytics - Across the customer life cycle - building acquisition models, x-sell, upsell models, campaign Analytics, portfolio management strategies, retention models
- Interact with client to understand requirements and provide updates
- Define a Analytics plan and a delivery schedule for Team
- Deliver outputs and communicate project progress to all stakeholders
Skills/Qualifications :
- Masters- in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed B-school/ Postgraduate in Statistics/ Mathematics/Economics/ Graduate of Engineering.
- Previous experience of 5-10 years in data based consulting, analytics
- Ability to work in unstructured & demanding project situations
- Good problem structuring skills, ability to rapidly grasp new concepts/industry, ability to prioritize activities and take accountability for deliverable
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English)
- Expertise in R/Python
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and MS-excel
