Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics & MIS Lead - BFSI (5-10 yrs)
- This role is to Lead Data analysts and Business Analysts in Requirement gathering, Developing and Executing the Data needs of Operation + Support functions. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define the approach to solve the problem with data driven analysis
- Critical thinking to identify better, faster and innovative approaches
- Identification, Extraction, and Tracking of correct metrics
- Recommend business decisions and back it up with Data always
- Mentor the Team of Data Analysts in building and Sharing of the Metrics
- Define and Execute the Periodic sharing of Data/insights in the form of metrics to Operations + Support functions
Key Skills & Experience :
Must have :
- Strong analytical and algorithmic problem solvers
- Hands on Experience in building Data models in any of the following - R, Python
- Think of long term, Structured framework for Review mechanism
- Should have lead 5-6 member team in past directly or project based
Good to have :
- Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and beliefs in verbal and written manner
- Proficiency in MySQL, Hive, R/Python and Excel
- Any Data Visualization Tool (e.g. MSTR, Power BI, Tableau etc)
- Knowledge of Statistics and Statistical analysis tools (e.g. R, SAS, SPSS etc) will be an advantage
- Building Roadmap for the Visualization of End to End operations
Persona :
- BE / B.Tech Qualification minimum with 5-7 years of experience
- Must have Team Handling Experience
- Worked in Ecommerce or Any Startup environment / Consulting role as Client - Supplier relationship"
