Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics - CPG Domain (5-8 yrs)
Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics - CPG - MBA
Responsibilities :
- Own and execute internal/external analytics related projects
- Independently interact with internal/external clients to understand requirements and provide updates
- Define an analytics plan and a delivery schedule
- Deliver outputs and communicate project progress to all stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive models/codes for specific use cases (like segmentation, forecasting, key driver analysis, price elasticity) in sales and marketing domain that can be used in a productized form with 'no requirement of manual intervention' once they are developed. You will be expected to work hands-on.
- Ensure end-to-end implementation of the developed modules on the products
- Develop and distribute product strategies for analytics related interventions
- Guide and mentor a team of analysts
- Own the design and development of the product
Skills & Experience Required :
- Previous experience of 5-8 years in analytics/data science
- Expertise in R/Python (at least 2/3 years - Python preferred)
- Experience in machine learning techniques is an advantage
- Experience in end-to-end execution of analytics projects
- Deep expertise in deep dive data analysis and modelling techniques such as regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks
- Excellent oral & written communication skills (English)
- Ability to define analytical problems and articulate analysis solutions
- Ability to evaluate end design
Qualifications :
- Masters- in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed B-school or Postgraduate in Statistics/ Mathematics /Economics/Engineering
