Manager/Senior Manager/AGM - Regulatory Research - LLB - Telecom

We have an urgent position with one of the leading Telecom company in India for Regulatory Research - Mgr/Sr.Mgr/AGM, Job location Delhi/NCR.

Must have Law law degree with Telecom Experience

Reports into : Sr. VP legal & Regulatory

CTC best in the industry.

Dept: Regulatory Research

- Participated in Policy development process with TRAI for getting favourable policies related to spectrum valuation and network related policies.

- Develop regulatory strategy around spectrum, network, IP interconnection, Interconnection usage charges (IUC) etc.

- Preparation and Drafting of application related to spectrum auctioning, trading and managing its post process.

- Handling all network related policy issues related to interference, security, remote access, lawful interception & monitoring.

- Impact Analysis of Regulatory events and recommendations of the Government & Regulatory Bodies and other stakeholders.

- Drafting and reviewing of various contracts e.g. Non-disclosure Agreements, Coal Arrangements, Joint Venture Agreements, Supply Contracts, Loan and Funding documents, Terms Sheets relating to various Contracts etc.
