Manager/Senior Manager/AGM - Indirect Taxation - Legal & Litigation Management - CA/ICWA (10-12 yrs)
Looking forward to a Chartered Accountant with Expertise knowledge of handling IPR Benefits/ Incentive / Central Budgetary Support etc. for Manager / Sr. Manager/ AGM.
Candidates with work experience in big4 would be preferred with 10-12 years experience.
Qualification must - CA or ICWA
1. Keeping track on IPR Policies of all the States and maintaining good connect with people to keep tract on policy benefits obtained by industries.
2. Advising management on strategic decisions for customisation of policy for higher benefits
3. Compilation of accounting/ GST & Business data for reviewing benefits and suggesting business / management for Maximisation initiatives
4. Fair knowledge on Indirect Taxation laws & procedures
5. Assisting Government Authorities for understanding the calculation and documents submitted with claim application.
