Salary Offered: 9 - 16 LPA
- Develop a strategy to formulate sales plans for govt. vertical
- Analyze overall sales force effectiveness and develop solutions to improve performance and resource utilization
- Strategically allocate sales effort and resources based on category priorities ensuring alignment with your sales teams
- Develop performance plan and set annual targets for your team to drive a high performance sales culture
- Review progress of your team through regular meetings and manage effective programs to compensate,coach, appraise and train
- Develop and monitor an efficient govt. client relationship process through excellent service delivery to ensure continuous business growth
- Responsible for successful closure of mid to high value deals in collaboration with the leaders
- Monitor market and lead your team to drive new client acquisition and identify new opportunities to maximize sales
- Its not mandatory that the person has worked in Govt. vertical. Any smart professional with Good experience in any of the categories in MM can also be considered though first preference will be given to candidate with Govt. background.
