Job brief :

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Sr. Manager to oversee the entire process of B2C Revenue booking, collection accounting, ageing and debtors.

The main responsibilities for this role include managing revenue booking, and supervising Accounts Receivable team. Our ideal candidate is familiar with all accounting procedures and can manage daily financial transactions end-to-end. Previous experience managing a financial team in must.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout our entire accounts receivable process.

Responsibilities

- Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting department's goals.

- Ensure revenue booking is done as per set timeline.

- Monitor processing of invoices.

- Ensure timely booking of revenue and ensure all the supporting verified.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc revenue reports

- Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits.

- Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law.

- Timely support for GST filing and other related task.

- Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles

- Stay updated on industry and legislative changes

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Assistant manager for 2-3 years.

- Hands-on experience with accounting any ERP software.

- Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports

- Ability to accurately process numerical data.

- Chartered accountant Male only.

- Should ready to work 6-days a week.
