Manager/Senior Manager - Accounts - Private Equity Fund - CA (6-8 yrs)
Position : Manager/ Sr Manager - Accounts (Leading Private Equity Company)
Role :
- Handle and ensure books of accounts are complete and accurate on a real time basis and are available for submission to appropriate authorities on time and as per the prescribed Accounting standards by ICAI, Companies Act and other relevant statutes
- Ensuring conformity and compliance to and with all statutory requirements
- Support internal / external audits
- Accounts Receivable Accounting, Accounts Payable Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting
- Bring in improvement in the existing processes and standardize the workings of the team
- Filing of TDS Return / Service Tax Return / GST Return, etc.
- Establish and ensure compliance to internal control systems and processes
- Will directly report to the CFO
Requirements :
- Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience preferably in a Private Equity or a Financial Services Company
- Good experience in General Accounting, Statutory Compliances, finalisation of Balance Sheet and P&L Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset Accounting, GST, Income Tax etc.
- Attention to details and good articulation skills
- Maintains high integrity and confidentiality of data
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Candidates who can join quickly will be preferred
