Profile - Accounts

Job Location - Udaipur

Objective of Role:


- To manage and facilitate book keeping and confer with other functional personnel for accounts related support.

Responsibilities:

Accounts

- To facilitate proper accounting and maintenance of Books of Accounts along with preparation of vouchers and registers

- Responsible for data integrity, accurate month end provisioning of expenses/schemes, periodic account closing and Monthly report by due date

- To over-see and monitor the sales & purchase accounting and debtor & creditor accounting on a regular basis.

- To analyze the due amounts of the creditors and with the help of payment calendar and proper analysis, arrange for their payments.

- Responsible for finalization of accounts on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Closing


- As per Ind AS and IGAAP for the filling of returns and announcements of quarterly and annual results.

- Responsible for development & installation of Financial/accounting systems as per company policies

- To carry out balance sheet reconciliations for key control accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and inter-company transactions.

- To review errors on control accounts, correct and feedback to the processing / finance / procurement teams to ensure continuous improvement

- To provide accounting support to internal departments when and where required.

- To ensure that monthly MIS report is prepared in time and presented to management for their perusal.

- To ensure all Statutory Compliance wrt Accounting
