Manager/Senior Manager - Accounts - BFSI (8-12 yrs)
Qualification - CA qualified/ CA Inter
- Required years of experience - 8 to 10 years
- Experience of managing a team
- Willing to perform various tasks as individual contributor and hands on experience
- Preparing reports for senior stakeholders and management
- Accounting of Global Offices (USA, Dubai, Saudi Arabia)
- Coordination with Foreign auditors for Statutory Audits, other foreign tax Returns Filing of Global Office (Dubai, KSA, USA)
- Other statutory compliances of Global Office Annual Renewal of Licenses, coordination with statutory authorities etc.
- Coordination with all Global Offices Team for Accounting Data and information.
- Budgeting and Planning of Inter-company Transactions
- Coordination with Foreign Bank for day-to-day operations - Remittances, Payments, Issuance of Guarantees, Bid Bonds etc.
- Knowledge of International Taxation and DTAA & MLI with various countries.
- Experience in Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, indirect taxes for India and Global Offices.
- Ensuring key deadlines are adhered
- Handling International Client, Resolving their queries etc.
- Preparation of Budgets and Cash Flow for all the Global Offices.
