Manager/Senior Manager - Academic Operations

The Academics Manager will be responsible for managing quality teaching and student engagement across all centers as well as online facilitators pan India. If selected, you will be playing a pivotal role in transforming lives of 1 lakh students in the next 5 years.

Overview of Role and Requirements :

- Train and lead a team of facilitators at different training centers as well as online facilitators

- Make annual and quarterly plans to achieve targets along with the Head of Academics.

- Execute the plan across all centers PAN India on a daily basis.

- Ensure high student attendance and pass percentage and low student dropout

- Daily monitoring and reporting of assigned centers and/or facilitators.

- Ensuring quality training through quality facilitators and managing events.

- Handle student escalations.

- Analyze data, design and implement solutions while following SOP's.

The Successful Applicant :

- Be process driven and professional.

- Be proactive and have a bias for action

- Have good communication skills as you'll have to communicate with everyone in the hierarchy

- Have an analytical brain in order to compile and analyze all the data you gather

- Have good problem solving skills and good team spirit.
