We have an urgent role with a leading brand in consumer goods space at Gurgaon

Role : Manager/Sr. Manaer - L&D

Profile :

What we are looking at

- Proven experience as an L&D Manager; at least 3 years of experience in L&D as a COE

- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

- Experience in project management and budgeting

- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

- Ability to build rapport with Senior Leadership and vendors

- Professional certification is a plus

- Comfortable with facilitation of learning programs to diverse set of audience Is a self-starter and can work without supervision

- Detail and process oriented, thought leader and is well versed with latest trends in their core areas and their applicability for business impact

Role :

- Program manage and execute the entire Learning agenda. Support a learning culture with a strong focus on achieving the full potential of employees through a wide range of development interventions including coaching, mentoring and action learning

- Liaise with business stakeholders & HRBP's to do training need assessments and provide training solutions to include, implementation, administration, and/or design and delivery of high quality programs

- Define the leadership growth journey and work on detailed individual plan to build a stronger internal leadership talent

- Independently plan and drive logistics of various training programs

- Monitor and evaluate the learning interventions, programs, metrics, adoption, coverage.

- Track budgets and negotiate contracts

- Promote online learning platform via various engaging and creative campaigns

- Build LMS awareness - Branding and communication

- Drive the OD initiatives in the organization

- Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.

- Experience in strategizing and implementing effective, results-oriented employee engagement initiatives

- Conduct Employee engagement surveys and drive action planning thereof
