Manager/Senior Consultant - Engagement - Pharma/FMCG

Position Purpose:

Provides high quality, timely solutions to clients from the Healthcare and related industries. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions

Principal Accountabilities:

- Engages clients at a senior level through industry insights, presentation on projects or thought-leadership activities

- Interacts with global, regional and local offices effectively for proposal development or project management

- Reviews client requirements or issues and helps team in developing research proposals

- Independently conceptualizes research tools for high end projects.

- Guides Senior Consultants/ Consultants in developing detailed documentation and specifications.

- Guides Senior Consultants/ Consultants in structuring presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.

- Performs resource requirement analysis.

- Identifies needs and designs skill-development programs for the team members
