This opening is with an Australian gambling machine manufacturer, which has its administrative centre in the Sydney suburb of North Ryde. It has marketing and development offices in South Africa, Russia and the United States.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Experience in Survey Benchmarking, Compensation Methodologies and Stakeholder/Client Management

- Managing Compensation & Benefits Survey submission

- Performing job evaluation and grading exercise for various roles

- Compensation bench-marking surveys, performing Job matching / evaluation & utilizing survey reports for internal salary analysis.

- Reviewing and updating Policies,

- Analyze compensation policies and programs for developing a competitive compensation plan.

- Job Matching, Job Pricing and other benchmarking surveys activities

- Benefits Benchmarking - Review and Recommendations on progressive benefits

- Experience working in the global market (USA, Europe etc)
