Job description :
The Sales Operations Senior Business Analyst will be the primary point of contact for the Sales Team. He/She will be responsible for sales forecasting & planning as well as analytics, Salesforce/CRM data compliance, sales process optimization, sales program implementation and administration.
- Identify, scope and drive critical projects and initiatives for sales teams, partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization
- Coordinate sales forecasting and planning used within the sales organization
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders in the company
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
- Drive operational reviews and rhythm of the business, leading business analysis including revenue, customer and market analysis
- Lead analysis on business performance to drive operational changes
Qualifications :
- MBA degree required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
- Data analysis and problem solving expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel)
- Ability to learn complex systems
- Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organization, planning and time-management skills
- Highly effective customer relationship skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure, and maintain professionalism and quality of work
