Our Client is a leading multinational real estate consulting firm. We're working with to hire a Manager/ Sr Associate for their Investment Banking vertical

Job Description

- Investment Banking Team Member.

Role: Business Development and Account Management, Capital Markets Group.

Key Target: End to End Deal Sourcing, Closure and Ownership

Key Responsibilities: 

- Provide 100% end to end support to Senior Bankers on Client Accounts,

- Manage entire coordination for the activities on Client Accounts including Market Survey, Field Survey, Data Collection and Site Visits, etc.

- Presentations and Reports on all client projects, profiles, etc.

- Track, Follow Up and Action all deliverables on Client Accounts

- Source New Client Accounts, Valuation.

- Business Development of new clients - Minimum 10 meetings a week

Key Skills & Knowledge: 


- Strong Business Development Skills,

- Good Presentation and Report creation Skills,

- Strong in field survey work,

- Should have some sense of corporate finance and investments.

Education: MBA or CA or Architect or Planner

- Good College & Academics

Additional specialization: (CS, CFA) is a plus

Experience: Business Development, Institutional Sales, Investments.
