Job Description - DD Manager / Sr. Associate 1. A good understanding of the general business and economic environment with a commercial outlook 2. A critical, good and comprehensive understanding of Financial Data including a reading of and analysis of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P & L etc) 3. Evaluating Business Models / Underwriting Models for businesses 4. A critical, good and comprehensive understanding of Cash Flows and Cash Flow Statements 5. A good grasp on excel based financial modeling 6. An ability to create MIS and if provided with MIS understanding of the MIS and underlying data 7. An ability to understand and comprehend legal documents (SPA / SHA / SSA) and investment structuring (meaning how the investments is structured) 8. Knowledge about regulatory, legal and compliance guidelines (statutory guidelines, rules, and regulations) 9. Ability to work independently 10. Goal-driven, meaning should be focused on helping investors meet their asset management requirements by being able to answer queries asked by investors 11. An ability to manage relationships with investee companies in order to obtain a timely response on data as well as on queries raised 12. Handle all critical issues arising from clients (investors) and assist them in resolving the issues. 13. High problem-solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity Required skills 1. Good if CA/CFA/MBA - 7 years of experience 2. Good communication skills 3. Good English Language Skill 4. Knowledge about the RE market and the market dynamics is an additional plus 5. Financial Modelling 6. Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
