Multiple Openings in FP &amp; A (Financial Planning&amp; analysis) with a leading group for their different business units Location- Gurugram Level- Manager/Sr Manager/AGM Exp- 5-10 years. Education- MBA finance/CA. - Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics. - Monitor KPI, and identify the cause of any unexpected variances - Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast - Ad-hoc business performance reporting - Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments - Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports - Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives - Support management team and the Head of Departments ( Sr VP and Group CFO) with data-driven analysis - Professionals with hardcore FP &amp; A background having worked in FMCG/FMCD/Consumer durable/Food &amp; Beverage/Retail/Alco-beverage sector would be highly preferable.&nbsp; - No compromise on communication skills.
