Business Finance Manager/Sr. Analyst Client: An MNC in healthcare analytics domain Position: Business Finance Manager/Sr. Analyst Experience: 9y - 13y Location: Bangalore Joining: Immediate to 30 days Responsibilities: a) Assist in the preparation of financial analysis of actual, forecast and budget figures and identify key trends as appropriate. b) Maintain detailed understanding of internal customer requirements and develop processes that will meet or exceed these requirements. c) Ensure compliance with internal financial accounting procedures and policies relevant to the scope of this role. d) Ensure all financial and accounting records are thoroughly maintained and complete in preparation for independent audits. e) Perform other duties as assigned. Detailed overview: a) Support the GSA annual operating plan and monthly forecasts through continuous review and analysis of financials, business operations and sales pipeline b) Have a holistic view of operations and finances and impact on P&amp;L through tracking of monthly financials, opportunities, financial metrics, variances against forecasts and projections c) Tracking financial performances and driving improvements and efficiency / optimization initiatives d) Close coordination with global and local operations and finance teams e) Reporting and tracking new business opportunities / new wins, utilization, and movement of financial metrics f) Working with the strategic pricing team on different pricing opportunities for the business(es) supported g) Maintain and update repository of business finance reports and explore opportunities for improvement h) Assist in the preparation of financial analysis of actual, forecast and budget figures and identify key trends as appropriate. i) Maintain detailed understanding of internal customer requirements and develop processes that will meet or exceed these requirements. j) Ensure compliance with internal financial accounting procedures and policies relevant to the scope of this role. k) Ensure all financial and accounting records are thoroughly maintained and complete in preparation for independent audits. l) Perform other duties as assigned. m) Experience in Global stakeholder management Qualifications &amp; Requirements: a) MBA Finance b) 9-13 years experience in Business Finance/FP&amp;A c) Knowledge of finance modules of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft. d) Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. e) Knowledge of Hyperion/Essbase preferable f) Strong analytical and numeracy skills. g) Ability to identify financial issues and execute mitigating actions. h) Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. i) Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
