Job Description :

- This is a strategic role wherein the candidate will evaluate, design and propose initiatives that will exponentially impact the strategic importance of merchants on the platform.

- The role of the manager is to be a bridge between Categories, BD team, Products Analytics to design and drive processes to improve the selection on the platform.

- Partner with product category teams to Design implement the selection measurement of framework.

- Plan targets and project movement of selection across categories, provide insights on how to increase it further.

- Design projects and frameworks to solve for critical selection problems and involve stakeholders to agree and implement.

- Comfortable with stakeholder management across levels and functions for this level of experience.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks as a horizontal role works with multiple functions at every point

- Be an example with a high energy, bias for action, clarity while problem solving and use metrics for decision making

- Candidate should be comfortable with and enjoy a fast-paced work environment and ambiguity to be able to design processes, improve them and put in place SOPs

- High metric orientation to define them, use them and alter them as the need maybe to accurately represent the business problem.

- Need only female candidate from 2018,2019 & 2020 Tier 1 college
