Role:

- Ensure effective security, safety and emergency response preparedness at Indian and Middle East operations and provide leadership to the safety and security staff at company's international business units in India .

Responsibilities :

Physical Security Operations

- Security risks are identified and all necessary remediation, acceptance, mitigation, or transference of these risks is managed in an efficient and timely manner.

- Gather information regarding Security risks, undertake risk evaluation / prioritization and disseminate this information to the relevant key individuals accordingly.

- Establish effective access-control checks and monitoring of the people visiting the company.

- Coordinate and/or conduct security related investigations as well as manage security issues and incidents.

- Support the business regarding the development and implementation of the Corporate Security Policies / Standards and the appropriate local policies, programs, procedures and guidelines in order to prevent or minimize losses and business disruptions.

- Assist in the development of workable practices and procedures for employee and visitors.

- Manage the compliance with all Corporate Security rules, standards, guidelines and locally applicable legislation.

- Establish working relationships with key individuals in staff and line positions throughout the site regarding Security and Health & Safety matters appropriately.

- Technical Safety & Security operations

- Safety, Emergency Preparedness and Response

- Internal Audits & Records Management
